Description

One of the company’s historic wines and perhaps one of the most representative of the reds. The best grapes of the Aglianico Taurasi clone, after careful selection, are fermented in steel tanks, the maceration with the skins continues for several days from the end of fermentation, until the right amount of polyphenols is obtained.
In this way the wine takes on the right characteristics for long refinement. Part of the wine that becomes part of Camporoccio matures for approximately 8 months in second and third passage oak tonneaux.

A balanced wine that preserves the characteristics of the vine intact, it accompanies well dishes based on red meat and cured meats.
